Diari anak - April 2015

Assalamualaikum
Mama nak menulis perkembangan anak-anak
beberapa hari lagi adik Firas Afnan dah nk cukup 8 bulan,
Abang Faiz Hannan pulak mencecah 2 tahun 4 bulan

FA dah merangkak, dah cuba panjat-panjat berdiri
letak dalam walker memang berlari je
ikut mama buat kerja rumah kehulu kehilir
Dah cuba lepas tangan bila berdiri, macam dah kuat sangat dah
Bila jatuh, nangis manja minta mama dokong
Kalau ayah balik awal dan ambil anak kat umah pengasuh
bila mama buka je pintu rumah, anak-anak menerpa kat mama
so sweet,
adik lari-lari dalam walker menuju ke arah mama
kalau abang sampai dulu dia minta dokong dulu adik pun hokhek sebab sampai lambat
kalau mama panggil nama adik dari jauh..
abang pun lari ke arah mama sambil sebut nama sendiri .. AAISS
nak soh mama sebut la FAIZ... FIRAS
mama kena adil
tak boleh panggil sorang je, kena panggil dua-dua nama.

FH dah makin banyak mulut
kalau mama bercerita dengan ayah, dia pun ikut sama jadi pengulang ayat-ayat mama walaupun ujung2 je
sekali dengan gaya mama dok tunjuk tunjuk dengan tangan dia tiru
Kuat makan dah
Bulan lepas dua kali demam selang seminggu
seminggu yang abang tak demam tu adik pulak yang demam, mama pun banyak ambil cuti sebab nak monitor anak-anak
Ayah pun cuti jugak jaga FH, ada hari yang ayah bawa FH pergi opis sebab nak bagi ubat ikut masa.
Waktu demam tu memang berat badan turun, tak nak makan.. Sebab tonsil bengkak.
sekarang dah kuat makan, tiap-tiap malam memang wajib masak sebab anak nak makan
Kalau dulu ayah & mama kalau dah ada jamuan ke apa kt opis nanti kat rumah dah tak masak
tapi bila FH dah pandai minta nasi ni, WAJIB ada nasi untuk anak teruna mama
Dah dua bulan mama ayah belikan susu berperisa coklat untuk FH.. sekarang minta MILOp je la dia
Kalau dulu minta FUFU. Masa demam tu, minum milo n susu coklat je la.. sedap kat tekak dia agaknya..
Suka minum Vitagen atau seumpamanya.. suka minta esshelem (aiskrim)

FH suka tarik perhatian dengan tiru apa yang adik buat, adik main gigit-gigit mainan dia pun nak jugak.
Adik ok je, tapi dia yang nak muntah-muntah.. ahahhaaha
Balik keja atau pagi-pagi mama kena dokong dua-dua budak kecik kat rumah tu
Jadi tak payah la heran kalau tangan mama ada muscle.. aiyokk!! - so far belum ada pun -__-
Lepas mandi mama kena dokong FH cemana mama buat lepas mandikan adik
Kalau mama tengah dokong dia dan adik menangis.. lagila dia peluk-peluk mama tak nak bagi mama peluk adik
Sudahnya mama kena la dokong dua-dua kesayangan mama.
Ayahnya pun sayang juga.. tapi anak-anak lebih memerlukan..
sorry b.. Kena peluk lepas anak dah tidur je la.. ahahahaha

Beta-carotene is a member of over 380 compounds called carotenoids. Carotenoids help give the distinctive deep-colour vegetables their colours. These dark coloured vegetables are the main focus of our antioxidant investigation.
Beta-carotene can be converted to vitamin A (which is retinol) in the body as the body needs it; so beta-carotene is pre-vitamin A. Beta-carotene intake is measured in two ways, by International Units (IU) or milligrams (mg). One milligram is equal to 1,666 IU. While vitamin A can be toxic in large amounts, beta-carotene is not, even at high levels. Because of this, it is the ideal vitamin A supplement. Besides being a safe storage form of vitamin A, beta-carotene has other very powerful protective effects on the body.
As a free radical fighter beta-carotene goes after a couple of free radicals for which no enzyme system exists. It is also unique in that it is not destroyed or made inactive when it quenches a free radical. It is also very effective at interrupting oxidant chain reactions spreading from one molecule to another.
Vitamin A is important for immune systems because it keeps skin and mucous membrane cells healthy and moist. Membranes that are healthy stay moist and resistant to cell damage. The moistness inhibits bacteria and viruses from replicating and starting infectious diseases. Healthy cells are also resistant to cancer. This makes it ideal in treating deficiency syndromes.
Vitamin A acts as an antioxidant by helping to protect our cells by supporting skin-cell turnover; the process that keeps cell growth and development running efficiently. Without enough A, skin becomes dry, tough, and scaly. It also helps the health of our eyes, improves night vision and prevents night blindness, promotes formation of strong bones, guards against bacterial, parasitic and viral infections, keeps skin healthy and smooth, guards against heart disease, stroke and lowers blood pressure.
Many researchers believe most people are so deficient in beta-carotene they recommend increasing the foods that contain a lot of beta-carotene as well as taking a supplement. To show that there is no danger of overdose here are some facts. People with a skin disease call porphyria, sensitivity to light, require up to 500,000 IU a day. Children with this disorder have taken up to 100,000 IU a day for years with no adverse effects. You will know if you are getting too much; your skin, especially the palms of your hands and soles of your feet, will turn orange-brown colour. Once the amount is cut back skin returns to normal.
Finding ways to incorporate beta-carotene into your normal everyday foods can be fun and tasty. Pumpkin is one delicious way to get vitamin A into your diet. Just ½ cup of canned pumpkin has more than 16 milligrams of beta carotene, 160%-260% of the daily amount recommended by experts. Other top sources of beta-carotene include sweet potatoes, carrots, cantaloupe, winter squash, broccoli, apricots, spinach, collard greens, red peppers and blueberries. Kale is another green that cannot be ignored, along with spinach, broccoli and collard greens, it is chock full of zeaxanthin and lutein two powerful antioxidants that help protect against cataracts, retinal disease and damage, and macular degeneration do to age.
 
Try an apricot, cantaloupe and blueberry salad. Add red peppers or roasted red peppers to broccoli for a nice kick. Use spinach and collard greens with onions and garlic and cook up with ground meat to use in any number of dishes from tacos to meatballs. Make healthy cooking fun by experimenting with different vegetables, herbs and spices. Make a “greens” salad with the kale, spinach and collard greens and season it lightly with healthy vinegrettes and a few spices instead of a regular iceberg lettuce salad. Above all take a great beta-carotene supplement along with the change in diet.
By changing the way we eat, what we take and how we prioritize nutrition we can give our bodies the fuel to fight all kinds of diseases and sicknesses. Talk with your doctor about where your health stands now and what your problems are. A little research should help you get a picture of what deficiencies certain vitamins and minerals help. Tatau nak letak tajuk apa
tapi nak cerita pasal Ashhabul kahfi ni..
nak tau kisah nya boleh rujuk al-quran
cuma nak cerita episod milenia je.
Huhu.. mentang-mentang dah habis kuliah dengan Ustaz Nazmi Karim Surah Al Kahfi, sekarang tengah kuliah terjemahan Surah Maryam. If ada apa-apa yang boleh dikongsikan nanti saya kongsi di disini. 

Cerita ustaz... 
Dengan izin Allah, sesiapa yang menulis nama pemuda Ashhabul Kahfi di dinding rumahnya, 
insha Allah rumahnya akan terselamat dari bencana kebakaran.
Tapinya kenalah avoid dari segala yang memungkinkan kebakaran berlaku. 
Kalau dah buat ungun api dalam rumah tu dah bukan nak elak kebakaran dah..
Tu mengundang rumah terbakar, 

Ustaz cerita, ada seorang tok guru beliau yang pernah buat.. 
kemudian berlaku kebakaran di sekitar kawasan rumah tuan guru tersebut yang mana rumah-rumahnya adalah berdekatan. Namun dengan kuasa Allah rumah tuan guru tersebut langsung tidak terjejas dan seakan rumahnya berada di dalam tembok yang tinggi sedangkan rumah di sekitarnya dan berhampiran disambar api.
Petuanya, beliau tuliskan nama pemuda Ashhabul kahfi di dinding rumahnya..

baru je sehari lepas..
saya terhilangkan atau tertinggal beg duit di Restoran D Anis Puteri, Sungai Penchala.
Sungguh fikiran bercelaru ketika itu sebab pegi lunch dengan kawan, 
pastu kereta dia parking kat tepi jalan kena langgar
terus rasa bersalah
Tapi memang lost terus tak ingat beg duit tersebut sampai balik opis,
pastu petang tu nak singgah pasar malam, cari-cari beg duit tak de
Dalam hati ingat mungkin tinggal di opis, esoknya cari di opis memang takde
Pastu ajak kawan pergi cari kat restoran tu
sekali tanya je kat kaunter bayar ada tak beg duit terjatuh kat sini semalam.
Terus adik manis yang gebus tu kata ada.. nama ..xxxxx kan..
ye ..  terus adik tu bagi kat saya lepas cari-cari kat kaunter tu, 
siap berbalut plastik dan berikat getah..
Sebaknye la hai hati sebab terasa baiknya manusia yang terlibat tolong ambil dan simpankan beg duit saya

 Berbalik pada cerita ustaz tadi, 
lepas habis tazkirah saya balik dan tulis nama kat note pad dan masukkan dalam beg duit
hajatnya nanti balik rumah nak tulis nama ashhabul kahfi di dinding rumah. 
Bukan taksub sangat tapi janji Allah pasti, 
Cumanya tahap keyakinan kita dengan Allah tu kenalah tetap
Insya Allah, yang lain-lain Allah uruskan
sampailah beg duit saya hilang semalam

saya rasa.. khasiat tulis nama pemuda tu jugak dengan izin Allah

Ntah lah.. tak tau nak tulis cemana
sebabnya nanti ada pulak yang buat tangkal dengan nama Ashhabul kahfi sampai menidakkan kuasa Allah dan mendua tiga kan Allah.

Jadi berhati-hati dengan hati dan niat kita supaya kita tidak kufur dan kafir 

Nama nama Ashhabul Kahfi: Maksalmina, Martinus, Kastunus, Bairunu, Danimus, Yathbunus dan Thamlika adapun anjing bernama Kithmir.
